RE/MAX Colonial - Real Estate in San Miguel de Allende
Some years ago, I moved to San Miguel de Allende, originally I am from Monterrey, N.L., where I have lived most of my life. Currently I feel privileged to live in San Miguel de Allende, since it is a city that offers beautiful colonial architecture, as well as a great representation of the culture and traditions of Mexico. The friendliness of its local people comes out when you start interacting with them. In my work part I have worked as a biotechnology researcher, project coordinator and web page developer, among other works. On the other hand, I have also focused on sales, from which I learned the importance of customer service and treatment. This has helped me a lot to get to know customers, listen to them and offer them the best service, regardless of what they want to buy. Likewise, I understood the importance of the trust and availability that the seller provides to the customer. For this reason, the interest in belonging to Real Estate in San Miguel de Allende was growing until I decided to join RE/MAX Colonial. Helping a client buy a property to live in or as an investment is a great responsibility for a Real Estate agent. For some clients it consists of their wealth and their savings generated over the years, so their intention is to find the ideal property suitable for their specified characteristics. As an agent, I have learned the importance of listening and knowing the client to offer the best options, since each client is special and unique.
**** Hace algunos años me mudé a San Miguel de Allende, originalmente soy de Monterrey, N.L., lugar en donde he vivido la mayor parte de mi vida. Actualmente me siento privilegiada de vivir en San Miguel de Allende, ya que es una ciudad que brinda una hermosa arquitectura colonial, así como una gran representación de la cultura y tradiciones de México. La amabilidad de su gente local sale a relucir cuando uno comienza a interactuar con ellos. En mi parte laboral me he desempeñado como investigadora de biotecnología, coordinadora de proyectos y desarrolladora de páginas web, entre otras cuestiones. Por otra parte, también me he enfocado a las ventas, de lo cual aprendí la importancia del trato y servicio al cliente. Esto me ha ayudado mucho para conocer a los clientes, escucharlos y ofrecerles el mejor servicio, independientemente de lo que deseen comprar. Así mismo, comprendí la importancia de la confianza y disponibilidad que el vendedor le brinda al cliente. Por tal motivo, el interés de pertenecer a las Bienes Raíces en San Miguel de Allende fue cada vez mayor hasta que decidí incorporarme a RE/MAX Colonial. El ayudar a un cliente comprar una propiedad para habitarla o como inversión es una gran responsabilidad para un agente de Bienes Raíces. Para algunos clientes consiste en su patrimonio y en sus ahorros generados por años, por lo que su intención es encontrar la propiedad ideal y adecuada a sus características especificadas. Como agente, he aprendido la importancia de escuchar y conocer al cliente para ofrecerle las mejores opciones, ya que cada cliente es especial y único.
